I am trying to get organized with a food list ect. so we all don't have to bring so much stuff!

I have been a busy little beaver making "prizes" for everyone!

The "BEEVER BONG" is finished!! Can't wait to use it!

49 DAYS :0)= Time to start planning!!!

Ok Beavers! We only have 49 days. It's time to start planning.

I NEED SHORT SIZES! (sorry if you already gave them to me, I need them again) They are $5.

Our cabin has a full size kitchen this year. I need beavers to pitch and bring something for breakfast Saturday or dinner Saturday after the float. Make it simple and disposable so we don't have a lot of dishes. Just post what it is your are bringing. As of now we are up to 12-14 beavers. :0)=

Also, a new Beaver Beer Bong is under construction.

We are going to meet at The Rock again this year on Friday night on the way down. Time to be determined. That way everyone can get food in their belly and it's an easy place to meet.

If anyone has any karaoke cd's please bring. Since there is no DJ on the schedule this year, we are going to have to entertain ourselves. (and the rest of the campground)

116 DAYS!!!

OK Beavers, its getting warm outside! We only have 116 days 'til BB'10!!! I am going to have Mary give me details for the Pre- BB'10 coming in June.....

I have gotten a few shorts done, they are cute. I will post a pic soon. If you haven't already, let me know what size. Small, medium, large or x-large. They are "Jerzee" brand shorts.

Shorts

Instead of t-shirts this year I am going to make shorts. The shorts cost me $5 per pair. If you would like a pair let me know what size. Small, medium or large. I am going to put "GOT BEAVER?" across the butt. :0)=

Reservations

Reservations are made! The cost is $88.89 per person. That includes the cabin for 2 nights and the float. We have to pay by Monday. If anyone wants to add on later I got the understanding that is ok too. We just had to have enough people (10) up front to pay to hold onto our reservation. We did not get the cabin that had the hot tub. We got the one the DJ guys were staying in last year. Its huge and has a large deck. Kris is going to bring a kareoke machine and speakers, so the party will be at our cabin this year!!!

BEAVER SITINGS!!!!

At the closing ceremonies of the Olympics, there were GIANT beavers. It would be so funny if we had that floating down the river :0)=


There is a stuffed beaver at Cabela's! My son, Tanner found it. Gotta love a 6 year old whose innocense of a beaver still exists!

Update

Ok Beavers!!! I have called and left a few messages for our reservation, still have not heard back, how ever, I know the cabin is still available. What I want to try to do is get the reservations, and each of you call there to pay for your portion so its not as confusing as last year.

Tentative Date Set

July 30-August1

We will leave on Friday evening and float on Saturday. Come home Sunday morning. (as long as there are openings) i also wanted to check when those Otters (DJ) were going to be there. Does anyone remember?

I tried to call Birds Nest Lodge today, but no answer. We want to try to get the large cabin with the hot tub this year. It can sleep upto 14 if I remember. if we have more than that GREAT we can add on another cabin. MORE THE MERRIER!!!

I know its far in advance but to get the good cabins and give everyone enough time is why I am starting now!
